This roof style only goes to 35 feet long. If you need longer you must switch to the Vertical roof style. Manufacturers will not building a horizontal roof longer than 35 feet because that is the maximum length of these sheets. Going longer would require overlapping and has been proven to leak over time. 

Extra height, sides and closed gables are available. Many colors available. Please see color chart. 

The pricing in this listing is with the lowest priced manufacturer. It is the same company used by Alans. They are the largest manufacturer and will not commit to a lead time on any structure under $5000. In other words they often tend to take longer that other manufacturers we use that will get to you faster but their prices are higher. If you are in a hurry please speak to me first and we can discuss options. 

*If you choose this manufacturer due to the lower pricing, there are no returns on payment because they took too long. When we collect the money we mail a check to the manufacturer on your behalf so we have no funds to give you. By purchasing the lowest priced options you are acknowledging that you are not in a hurry and that you understand and agree to no refunds of any kind. If there is a problem and you do not want to wait any longer we can switch you to one of the faster manufacturers after you pay the difference in price. The cheapest manufacturer does not always take too long. Some times they will actually surprise you but there are no guarantees. 

All manufacturers charge a credit card fee. We do not so by giving you this option by paying in full here we are not only providing a slight discount, but we also do not charge the extra fees. You also have the options of paying a 10-15% deposit to place the order, a 2nd deposit totally 50% when they call to schedule and the balance due at delivery. Of we have manufacturers that only require the initial deposit 0f 10-17% and the balance is not due until installation. We offer this to may things easier for the customer.
